The panel is cut through with flowing voids, so the wall behind becomes part of the composition. Side lighting or a nearby window makes the relief come alive, and the dark Black stain gives a graphic effect against pale paint.
How It Is Made
Artisans join solid wood blocks and carve the openings by hand, then apply a light finish that keeps the grain visible. Natural wood varies in grain and tone, so every carving is its own. Dust with a soft brush to reach inside the cutouts. Plan the hanging spot with a helper, since the wider versions are easier to level with two people.

No. For safe shipping it is separated into parts that are joined on arrival before hanging.

Each piece is made to order. Cutting and carving take 7-10 days, you approve photos of your piece, finishing takes about 7 more days, and delivery adds 3-7 business days, so most orders arrive in about 3-4 weeks.
Will every piece look exactly like the photos?
The shape, size and finish match your selection, but solid wood has natural variations in grain, knots and tone, so no two pieces are identical. You see photos of your own piece before it is finished.

Shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more; orders under $50 ship for a flat $5.95. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn item with tags in its original packaging. Return postage is paid by the buyer, unless your item arrived damaged, wrong, or never arrived — in those cases we replace it or refund you in full and cover the postage.
