How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on U.S. orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 ship for a $5.95 flat rate.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. After that, transit takes 3–7 business days. A tracking link is emailed to you once your order ships.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship to U.S. addresses only.
What is your return policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery. They must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached, in the original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How do I start a return?
Email support@audreysboutiqueshop.com with your order number. Once your return is approved, ship the items back within 14 days.
Who pays for return shipping, and when will I get my refund?
For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Are any items final sale?
For hygiene reasons, panties, thongs and briefs sold individually, and nipple covers, cannot be returned once opened, unless they are damaged or defective.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new order. Start a return for the original item, then place a new order for the size or color you want.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, or never arrives?
Email support@audreysboutiqueshop.com with your order number. We pay the return postage and send a free replacement or a full refund.
What sizes do you carry?
Most styles run S–3XL. Select pieces go up to 6XL, and some use paired sizes such as XS/S, M/L, XL/2XL and 3XL/4XL. Some bras use band and cup sizes. Each product page lists its exact size options.
